I just purchased the webcam, but it's not running on my PC. It works on other PCs with the same configuration. Can you help?

If it works on other PCs having the same configuration, it means that the webcam drivers and software are compatible with your PC. In this case, uninstall the webcam utility using its uninstaller and go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manger and expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Imaging devices lists. Locate the webcam driver, right-click on its icon and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC plug in the webcam using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. If it doesn't help, run the Fix It utility provided by Microsoft.
